"I take the city bus 5 days a week. The transit center needs some attention. They need to clean it up."
"Only one worker at the desk and they are never in a inviting mood. You dont feel welcome, and as someone who's never used greyhound before, they dont make it easy to understand. I asked multiple people how to find the bus I was supposed to board and it took 3 people before I got a straight answer. The unwelcoming environment is the reason for loss of rating."
"Ok, so this place has a nice look to it but the practical aspects or horrible! The sinks don't work well as it is pressure based and as soon as you let go of the button that controls either hot or cold water then you have maybe .25 seconds to wash your hands meaning that you need to wash one hand while pressing the water on with the other. There is only room for one person in both the male and female restrooms for such a common place to not have big enough restrooms for a bus depot where 50 to 100 people pass through every hour. There used to be an ATM but they took that out and it is clearly designed to look good and inviting at first glance but anyone who actually use it notice how intentionally impractical the place is."
"Nice bus station. All the buses meet there. There is WiFi and vending machines. There is also a change machine and an ATM. They have seating areas and some plug ins for your electronics. They are pretty centrally located. Only downfall is there is only one toilet in each bathroom and there is only one man's and one woman's bathroom."
"Buses are On-time. Employee went the extra mile. Security guard makes you feel safe. Waterfountain broken, and bathroom were a mess, but It IS A Bus Station!"
