"I recently used Azling & Associates for my tax service, and unfortunately, I cannot say that I had a positive experience. In my opinion, their attention to detail and organization were lacking, which led to calculation errors and poor communication. While mistakes can happen, what really surprised me was that while doing my taxes for the following year, they admitted to not recommending that I have more money come out of my paycheck to avoid IRS fees. This left me feeling uneasy and wondering how many other important details they may have overlooked. Furthermore, when it came time to pay for their services, they approached me 6 months later, which further proves their lack of organization. They asked for full payment despite essentially admitting to not doing their job the year prior. I did express my grievances with them and they did lower their fee and I appreciated that as well as a call from Jim. Overall, I did not feel confident in Azling & Associates' abilities and am disappointed with my experience. I hope that they take steps to improve their attention to detail, organization, and communication with clients in the future. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them as a tax service provider."
