"I love this company's employees!! I have my house mortgage through these lenders and I don't have to talk to them often because the app works just fine and paying my mortgage online is so awesome ...but on the occasion I do have to call Anaheim, they are always so very professional ,polite, funny and caring!!! FCI is the BEST!!!"

The customer Service Manager Kyle Speer responded, "No" to The customer is always right answer, regards to servicing the client "Investor" one of which respecfully being Mr. Bob Hadley that I dont think he would find that respsonse too valuable nor too confident with that comment from a "Servicing" Co. leadership representative! its a shame! I hope you question this Mr. Hadley. if you need proof. I have it for you."

"I'm a first-time lender who recently took paper back on a building sale. A buddy who does hard-money lending recommended FCI. My experience so far has been top-drawer. Everyone I have dealt with through the onboarding, especially Isidro, has been patient with my inexperience, unfamiliarity with terms, omission of needed forms, and my borrower's mistakes. FCI's turnaround times have been excellent, my phone calls are promptly returned, and all my questions answered clearly. I am very happy with FCI's service, and look forward to working with them for many years."

"Setting up the loan was easy. The portal is not very flashy but works just fine. It lacks basic features such as editing my information which was not a huge deal but a pain to have to call and sit on hold to update my address. I had issues with the auto-pay feature so decided to switch to my bank's bill pay early on and I am glad I did. The reason for the 1 star is due to the payoff of the loan process and issues with FCI applying an invalid late charge. Both of these events seem too convenient for me to think they operated unethically, or at a minimum, purposefully and by design to gouge for interest and invalid fees. The late charge only occurred once, and suspiciously on the last payment of my loan after requesting payoff information. After processing payments through my bank with bill pay setup on an automatic payment for the previous 15 months without fail, they claimed to have received a payment nearly a month late. I have documentation and proof from my bank the payment went out at the standard date and time, just like the previous 15 months but am still stuck with a hefty late fee. The more frustrating experience came when calculating and attempting to payoff the loan. The quote was valid for two days only and when asking for an updated amount and attempting to fund, FCI refused to provide wire instructions and instead stated it would take 5-7 days to get an updated payoff statement. I've never heard of such a thing. This essentially stalled things requiring me to pay another 5-7 days of interest. After the experience this past month or two I feel strongly this company is motivated to gouge you using unprofessional business practices. Up until that time I would have given this company 5 stars."

"Do yourself a favor and save your money, this company is the worst I've ever used to buy properties. They would automatically remove you from automatic payments, then try to charge you a lot of fees even if it's their fault, you have to waste hours of the phone until they come up with a solution. Their customer service is a joke, they are not professionals, its a nightmare trying to get in contact with them and when you do nobody have answers for you. Their online payment doesn't work, they have like an 80s online payment and you can't do online payments. We are in the process of refinancing our property which we only owe $142,700 and now they came up saying that the payout is $195,400. Wait, what how in the world would you come up with $52,700 more to what we actually owe??? Ridiculous, taking legal action against this spam company. I wish I had read the reviews before I used them."
