"The worst thing I could have chosen to do my taxes, apart from the fact that they didn't even give me the refund I was due, they did my taxes wrong, you call them, they don't answer, no one helps you, and they still offended me by saying that if I didn't speak English, I didn't know what the woman was telling me. letter from the IRS, in the end I will have to pay for the error that I received in taxes. But I will report the office because apart from the theft they committed fraud with my taxes. I hope my opinion is of some use and be careful when going to these offices. I went to the Angles one but I called another one so they could help me themselves and I'm still waiting for the help they would give me... in the end they are all Iguañes."

"I wish i could give a minus start.Dont do your taxes with Rogelio. It's the guy with the desk right at the entrance. thanks to him I have an audit. He told me not worry about my refund.and he never filed my taxes electronically even though he claim he did it.IRS never received and IRS told me my taxes were file very late even though I submitted right after I got my W-4.so I went back to that office and they were submitted by mail just to make sure. IRS got them. Probably this guy doesn't know how to send them electronically even though he showed me that his computer said "sent""
