"Strange how everybody is giving 5 stars!! My experience was certainly not a 5 star experience, or any star for that matter. I googled, found and contacted Mr. Carlos about my business and personal tax filings. At first, everything looked normal and ok. Carlos picked up the phone calls quickly and answered emails. He directed me to input all my data and information including my previous year's tax return onto a portal which he provided. My wife and I uploaded hundreds of pages of sensitive data into the portal which he provided. This was the end of our relationship! Mr. Carlos stopped picking up his phone when we called. He did not answer any of the messages and voice mails that we left on his voice mail. And did not respond to any of our emails. To this day, he has not responded to us. This is very unprofessional and negligent behavior. Mr. Carlos and his firm have access to 100s of pages of our personal and business information and we don’t know what will happen next. Last week, our business checking account was hacked into for $5,311 and some change. I am not suggesting any relationship here, as this is being investigated by Wells Fargo bank. However, I am very concerned with this situation. I believe this accounting firm is at best, negligent."
