"I would avoid this company if you want a company that actually tows the right vehicle. Seems like a pretty basic task to check if the plate numbers match, but they seem to be incapable of that."

"If you ever go through a towing company, do not go through Pulver because even after paying your tow bill after an accident they will make sure whatever belongings you had in the back of your car are gone! And when you called them to find out what happened to them, they will not take any responsibility and will tell you that the vehicle was not on their surveillance cameras don’t even get me started on the bill nor their computer system"
