She hasn't provided any returns after signing the forms, and when you call, text. She doesn't reply. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unreliable service. She's professional until you send her the money to provide a service. I have yet received a prepared tax return from her in person or via email. Wow!!!!!!!"
