"NEVER coming back. The way he charges people is inconsistent and dishonest. Do not come. I asked twice how much they would charge me and the employees did not answer me. Edgar gave me a price after he saw how much I made. He bills you off of how much you earn and NOT by the workload that is done. He charged me more than my parents who had to do two incomes, health insurance and a home owner paperwork with a dependent. And I only had half of the paperwork to file. He praised himself for not charging people more if they get audited and need to do more work, but other people have the same policy. Don’t recommend this place at all."

"Worst place I have ever been to.! The tax preparation person did not know what she was doing, she kept leaving to ask someone else about my return. When the tax preparer was almost done she demands that I bring her documents. I was angry and said why didn't you tell me before starting I could not process my return without them. Now the owner Edgar Palacios himself is refusing to give me back my w2, and has resorted to telling who do I think I am to not pay for my unfinished return."
