"DO NOT PROCESS ANYTHING HERE! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I originally went with the plan to start my trucking authority with him and start my own company because this business was referred to me by a truck dealer. Efrain's price was outrageous! Not only are his prices to file basic paperwork with the SOS high but Efrain does not follow through, he "forgets" what he has to do for each client, takes way long to process a simple documents or give an answer to a quick question. It is basically a waste of time, money and energy you are better off filing your own documents. The only thing I did process here was my IRP. This man, Efrain, tried to charge me for my UCR permit which I had done myself, filed and paid for. He then filed a BOC-3 when I specifically told him I would do it myself. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! It's time for Efrain to retire and give up his "professional services" - after all the inconveniences with him, Efrain blamed his ineptitude to the fact that he does not have enough people working at his office and poor organizational skills from his staff.. wow what a great boss LOL"

"Horrible customer service 8 months ago I called for a quote because a couple friends of mine are insured through them, they said they would call me back in 5 min .. Today I called again and nothing . . Same 5min excuse ... Very disappointed with the type of service they offer, if for a quote for a potential new customer they blew me off I can just imagine if I was in need of assistance being their client .."
