"Very disappointed with my experience at the Hudson WI UPS Store. The staff member was not the most helpful, so I asked to speak with a supervisor...The staff member made it very clear, I would NOT be able to talk with his supervisor BUT said he would pass my name and phone number onto his supervisor...he promised his supervisor would call me. On my way out, the staff member was literally yelling "God Bless You, God Bless You, God Bless You". I am a person of faith but was not sure why he was yelling that at me in such a strange, creepy tone. Ultimately, the supervisor never did bother to call me back."

"I can see why this store has a 2.7 rating. I had an Amazon return today and was asked to use the kiosk. I have no problem with that at all, but it was my first time using the kiosk. I wasn't sure what to do with my packages after labeling them. The worker, older guy with goatee type beard and maybe a ponytail was obviously annoyed that I had a question. He was extremely rude and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I understand this is a busy time, but that doesn't excuse his rude behavior. All I needed to know is what to do with my packages after labeling them. That is the only assistance I needed. I won't be back."

"Been going to this store for years and had great service every time but today had the worst customer service ever on 11/4/20023.at around 3pm. .Was mailing a return from Amazon but my printer ran out of ink so was just going to pay the UPS store to pint label . There was a young kid working but I had to deal with the older guy think he had a pony tail. He told me to use the kiosk printer I tried but I have eye problems and was not able to see the computer good enough to print label. So I emailed it to the store and asked if he could print it for me . He got all mad at me and said I don’t see why you just don’t print it . I told him about my vision but it didn’t seem to mater to him he still didn’t want to and was rude to me . This guy definitely should not be involved with any customer service. I always loved this store and had great service here with everyone but after today it will be hard to go back thinking I might have to deal with him again."

"People in the store are making minimum wage most likely... They have to deal with people that are in a rush and clueless about how to ship things. I've had some small issues but overall this location has been pretty good. I think most of the people are just mad because of a rush on Saturday or something like that."

"Plenty of parking. Quick service this time. Lots of supplies here too. The last time I was here they were so slow, and we needed to send out passport documentation STAT. So we grabbed UPS Store pens and just started clicking clicking clicking, so they got annoyed and wanted to get rid of us. It worked."
