"They don't even have phones ring though, 90% of the time it says the call cannot be completed at this time. When you DO get through they say they will return your call with the information you need....they never do."

"I am VERY displeased with this company. The beginning of school year the school had given me instructions that my son would be picked up at our home address (we live in the country about 10-15 min from school) and gave us our pick up & drop off times. First day of school bus never showed up... we waited for about 1 hour, come to find out apparently they do not travel as far out to our address and we have to drive 2 miles down the road to a dirt road for pick ups and drop offs. Well, that would of been nice to know! Now, one month into the school year we have been driving to this location for pick ups and drop offs, despite the inconvenience. Today we got to our bus stop at 7:00am and bus was usually there about 7:15am well 7:45 rolls around and no bus.... I call Cloquet Transit and they said "They changed your site." Well that REALLY would have been nice to know! I call the school to see who's in charge of this and what not... apparently Cloquet Transit is supposed to call and notify you of changes. I received NO phone call and no form of notification whatsoever about this change. Thank you very much for having enough respect to let me know of this change before implementing it..... and thank you for having us sit and wait for you for 45 min this morning. I am very unhappy with this, someone should be responsible and in charge of notifying parents of such changes in advance!"

"On 9/10/15 they horribly chastised then stopped the bus and tossed a young child off who, confused, missed her stop. She was told she'd have to walk, and was sternly "told" again how much she screwed everyone's schedule up. The traumatized young girl got lost. The bus company is refusing to give info on who the driver was. Effectively, there is no way a parent can check to verify the driver is even qualified to handle children. Or see if the driver has already been fired from another bus company for similar behaviors. Other parents are saying they too had their children tossed off at random places."
