"I'm not sure what's happened here, but it has gone downhill. App said food would be done in 15 min. 20 min later, I show up, and they tell me they haven't even started to make the food. This is like the third time this has happened. Previous it was with deliver. Said it would be delivered in 30-45. Showed up finally an hour and a half latter cold. I could see in the app that the food had finished cooking like an hour before it was delivered."
"Ordered delivery and they never showed up but said it was delivered. Tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered and voicemail is full. Staff must be out back smoking a doob before there shift is over and took my pizza. Thanks Mark"
"Every time I order from here, my food is always at least a half hour late being done, I am not sure why, but it would seem that they could use something different to be happening in this location for them to get the pizzas done and out the door on time!"
"When I order for carry out it’s ready within 10-15 minutes. I just ordered for delivery and I ordered it at 7pm. At 8:20pm it said it was in the oven. Never ordering again."
"Ordered their medium deep dish pizza and the entire center was raw. Wet slimy dough and not edible. Pretty clear they could care less about the kind of food they serve to their community. The very fact they let pizzas leave their store raw indicates they have very poor to no quality standards. Run from ordering from this place."
