"Great to deal with"
"Mr. Strobino yells at the customer. He is very quick to angry at the customers. If you ask him questions regarding the tax matter, his facial expression changes to anger. Now, I am very afraid of asking him any tax related questions although he is in the business of tax services. He should learn what is a good customer service, and should learn to treat the customers with respect. Definitely, I will never go back to him."
