I am OVERWHELMED by the care, efficiency, promptness, superior quality and overall experience of using this agency for the first time. Norma always returned calls the very same day. Clemente is very professional as the office manager and his friendly demeanor on the phone, made me very comfortable with choosing CIT. Today I received my taxes, as physical records, via messenger! They were electronically filed on Thursday and Norma spent all the time I needed on the phone with me that day. She has other clients who have experienced vision loss, and is so very kind. There is still time to file your taxes this year! I recommend CIT without ANY hesitation"

"Showed up for a set appointment 11am Tried to hand me off to a different tax attorney When I refused they offered another appointment at 1pm I’m not a local here drove 1 hour in traffic to show up and be laughed at and told I made the mistake Poor service Definitely not coming back here"

"Absolutely unacceptable the way these people treat their employees. I applied for a position there and they may appear friendly because they have to be. But are self serving .They are very sneaky not intelligent. They hire young people so they don’t have to pay benefits. My experience there was that they had another employee training me. She was younger and impatient. She was very condescending with me and even to clients. Very unprofessional but was of course nice to management. A woman called to complain she yet to get a state tax return. This young woman who was training me answered her dismissively. Instead of verifying that we had the right bank account she just referred her to the IRS website. Poor customer service in my opinion. Also this same young woman yanked a pen out of my hand and was over all toxic. These people basically dismissed me after that which I though was inappropriate . They claimed and tried to brush it off as me “ struggling and couldn’t handle basic task”. To me that poses an issue because they used vague statements as an excuse for dismissal. I have an actual degree and know how to do my job.I was only there a few days and most of the time it was revising other mistakes done by other employees they hired. All I can say if there letting employees administer these many mistakes and have a lot of people come and go.... imagine what they’re doing to your taxes. They seem more focused on getting their commission compared to other businesses who truly care and want to save their clients money. They seem to be very amateur. They may know how to conduct the job but not savvy in terms of again handling a clients taxes to most optimal. Not to mention I couldn’t help but notice they don’t use a VPN which is detrimental considering data breaches are most harmful especially in this type of business. I am writing this review in hopes that others will understand because I think consumers should make choices in what business to support that are ethical. Employees are more than bodies and if you want to help you’re fellow employees it begins by supporting those who have been mistreated by their employer. Thank you."
