"Very unprofessional way of doing business. This tax group has been used for several years by my family. Had an appointment with Paula Walsh. I showed up to said appointment which was made over a month ago and was told by a male who works in the office that Paula had just called him to cancel my appointment. Walsh could have left me a message stating she was canceling. Male made a variety of excuses which were not acceptable stating that "our reputation is speaks for itself.""
