"I walked in and was immediately greeted by the single gentleman in the building. He was helping someone else but assured me he would be right with me. About 5 mins later a gal walked in who I think was covering bc everyone called in sick. She was able to finish off the lady who was infront of me and Paul Hussman took me back and got me in and out. I had kids in the car and he offered for me to bring them in and just did everything he could to make sure if my kids wanted to come in they were welcome all while getting my return done super quickly. When I was about to leave I heard the gal telling someone that everyone in the office called in sick and it was just him until she arrived. I cant even tell you how happy I felt leaving the office. I felt a weight off my shoulders (having my taxes completed) and I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was, not to mention he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I made sure to get several of his cards as Paul was AWESOME."
