"This place is amazing! I leave feeling like a million bucks. They have the perfect formula down of breathing, cold plunge, hot plunge and sauna. It's incredible for both mind and body and I feel an incredible shift after attending for several months. It's a unique way to get to a meditative state that is more active and engaging. I also like the yoga classes, especially Wendi's. Excellent teachers, and a great community of people who attend as well. Highly recommend!"
