"Menifee resident here. Five Star And its Organization has been very helpful from start to finish. Our Water Heater gave up and flooded our Garage, laundry and GuestBath. We never had to deal with this kind of stressful situation before but contacting Five star made it better because they guided us in every step of the way and assured us that everything is gonna be taken care of. Initial Communication are with the mitigation team, led by Tyler, along with the Demo team, and the Plumber Anthony that changed our Water Tank the very next day. Tyler is very responsive to all our concerns. Then the Restoration begins led by Project Manager Junior who is very professional, the drywall team, cabinet/vanity, the carpenter Freddie, the painter Geronimo and the most awesome of all, BRANDON of 5 stars is the most detail oriented and the best, he did our Tiles, Lightings and some finishing touches! All of them are very thorough and made sure that all their work is UP to our standards. Also, The office employees fought hard to get our Claims approved by the insurance. It took a village to restore our house and get our life back and for that, we Truly Appreciate them. These people work so hard, knows what they’re doing and take pride in their output. While I didn't have an identifiable mold issue, I didn't want to run the risk of liberating mold spores throughout the house if there were unexpected findings behind the tile wall. I wanted the pros to set up proper barriers and vent out any potential issues. Five Star came through wonderfully.
