"Unfortunately I am unable to tell you about this service due to never hearing back from the estimate. Scheduled a meeting to get an estimate and was asked to reschedule about 30 minutes before I was set to meet. They pushed the meeting to the next day and showed up late. Sending an explanation text at the meeting time letting me know that they were running late. The maid showed up and proceeded to walk though the house looking at each room. Stating that she would be able to provide a wonderful service at a great price. I let her know what dates I would need the service and I never heard back. Felt uneasy after showing a person I did not know my home and them just ghosting me."

"Lucy and her team instantly impressed me with their immediate response time. I was in a real bind with the sale of my home where the tenants had left the place "grimy" at the very last minute. I had less than 24 hours to get the 4 bed, 3 bath home spotless so that it was ready for the final walk-through by the buyers. I don't even live in the same state and found myself in a panic. Lucy emailed a quick reply to me and we connected over the phone in a matter of moments. She made it out to my property within 20 minutes and provided me a detailed quote on the work to be done and her cost. We agreed with the understanding that all work had to be done by mid-morning the next day. I paid the deposit and just as agreed, I had before & after photos of the completed work ON TIME! The buyers arrived at the property and were pleased to find it in such pristine condition. I don't know what other companies charge for this work but with kitchen, bathrooms, mirrors, interior windows, and both interior and exterior glass doors - I was happy to pay as requested. I am running my own short-term rental business in NC and SC now and only wish Lucy and her team were here, too. I would love to do business with her."
