Hidden Beach

"Nice little hike from the 101 and how rewarding when you get to the beach! Almost no one there and we explored for hours! Beautiful driftwood, sand, ocean, lovely trees, what a great day!"

"Absolutely loved this beach off of the coastal trail. Definitely recommend going during low tide to check out the tide pools. Great spot for photography and to soak in the sun. Grab some sunset photos here also!"

"Most of the time the coastal trail from the Yurok Loop is high above the coast and you go in and out of the trees to be treated with spectacular views. Once at the beach there is tons of driftwood and rocks to climb upon. Fun for adventurous kids and adults alike!"

"Very beautiful! It's a hike in beach. Not too far from either the actual hidden beach trail or if you go via the coastal trail(we did coastal trail). A bit steep getting down but worth it! LOTS of driftwood all piled up, if you're uneasy on your feet, maybe this beach isn't for you. The beach itself didn't have much sand when we were there, mostly rocks and driftwood. It was really pretty though!"

"My wife and i hiked to hidden beach via coastal trail beginning at the Klamath overlook on Requa road the day after Thanksgiving. Six miles round trip slightly up and down trail. Great views, we could hear sea lions on the shore in one canyon, lot's of ferns, greenery and trees. Lots of shade we weren't too exposed on the hike. The trail was well maintained. Hidden beach had lots of drift wood but we were the only ones there. I would recommend the hike and beach."
