"Having planned to replace our gas tank water heater with a tankless one i was on a lookout for a reliable and Manufacturer certified contractor that could do the install for us. Came across Shoreway Plumbing (amongst many others) and i would say i am super impressed with their work. Called them for a visit so that they could establish an estimate of work and cost involved. Reggie showed up during the agreed upon window and helped me walk through the installation procedure, the parts that would be needed and all the minute details as well that could possibly be needed for the job. We did have some back and forth over email and phone calls and agreed upon a price that worked out good for both the parties. The date and time of install was agreed upon and their plumbers showed up as promised. Pablo and Eder started working on the job and removed the existing tank water heater by draining it out as the first step. Subsequently the installation was done which took a few hours and after installing the water heater they installed a crossover valve (grundfos) in the farthest fixture from the water heater. Pablo did setup the configurations in the heater and walked me through those as well. They left the location of install perfectly clean as they took care of the debris and the boxes etc and did leave the place after a round of cleaning. A bit later, after they had left, i found out that the Recirculation Pump was not working as expected from within the heater as it requires two crossover valves to be installed. Reached out to Reggie and he slated Pablo to come over and do the installation of the second valve and this was accomplished right after the labor day weekend. The system works perfectly fine and i would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible , for their patience in answering the questions , flexibility with schedules, cost efficiency and their attitude to make the customer successful at the end of the day. Do reach out to them in case you have plumbing/gas related needs and i would definitely use them for my future projects without any hesitation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 06/12/2023 Another 5 * job from the team at Shoreway Plumbing. These guys have set a bar for customer success real high when it comes to quality and execution of plumbing work. This gig needed an early morning start and the after establishing that we were told that they would have the technician sent to our address at 8 AM on Saturday morning (the timing was critical since we had to be out of the house for an appointment between 9:15 and 9:30). A big shoutout to Jose for making the appointment possible for us at such an extremely short notice and on top of that making sure that the technician arrives on time. Come 8 AM and we had Fernando ready at the door to help us. One of the shower's in our house was not emitting hot water. He took a look at the connections and the tankless water heater, followed by the grundfos valves that we got installed to help with recirc. Once all of that was established to be working as expected, he predicted the issues to be with the cartridge inside the shower faucet and it did turn out to be the case. He opened that up and cleaned it a bit and put it back in place and hot water it was that started coming out, to our heart's content. We did end up ordering the same cartridge in case we needed to replace this in future though in the shorter term we are not doing that for now. Massive kudos to Fernando for patiently (and quickly at the same time) making sure every variable in the equation was addressed, doing the work to perfection and absolutely in time ( which was pretty critical for us). Shoreway Plumbing yet again at their best and delivering a top notch customer experience and helping out in the best possible way they can, always keeping the customer's success in mind. "Woke up yesterday morning to a tepid shower. Saw the water heater was leaking at the seams. Called a number that was on the safety sticker on the heater but they couldn't get out the same time. I googled local Water heater repairs and Shoreway came up high on the list. I called and they said they could send someone out late afternoon. They arrived with a replacement water heater, installed it and took the 15 year old one away. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Very pleased."

"Just had my leaking hot water heater replaced. I called Shoreway. They were extremely responsive and sent a plumber out who inspected and provided me with an estimate on the spot. Said they could do it that afternoon or the next morning. I chose next morning. They arrived when they said they would, covered all floors and stairs and proceeded to do an excellent job. My hot water heater is located in a small closet making removal and replacement difficult. The heater also supplies water for a hydronic heating system. No probem! I had them replace the main valve and hot water valve because they were 25 years old and not functioning properly. Took them about less than 5 hours to replace and clean up. Everything working properly. While I am not a professional, the welds all look excellent to me. All piping runs are neat and clean. The plumber obviously takes pride in his work. Best of all, based upon comparison with neighbors, price was fair. I will absolutely use them again."

"I had a very good experience with Shoreway plumbing. I got 3-4 quotes to replace my 74g tank heater without recirculation with a tankless unit with built in recirculation. I worked with Douglas Lopez, who was great! Their quote was not the lowest, but competitive. Douglas pointed out clear and understandable shortcomings of my top tankless selection and showed why my second choice fit my needs better. They offered an early appointment at a time convenient to me, arrived on time, finished on time, and left the place as clean as it was when they started.
