"Technician Jon W was professional, courteous, and friendly when he came in to do our biannual furnace/AC check. He thoroughly checked out our heating system, made copious notes on the condition of our 22-yr-old furnace, and gave us the straight talk on the future for our heater. I appreciate all that, and his going the extra mile in connecting a missing wire so I can hook up our Nest thermostat. Given the current situation, which we have known for some time now, we are looking into having Maki Heating and AC replace our furnace.
