"Chris is a total pro. For my visit, he was on time, gave plenty of notice, and followed through on everything that he said. The heat rejector unit outside the building stopped working and he diagnosed it immediately, after asking just one question: "Can you turn the AC breaker off?" Once I did, he peeked at his meter and said, "Yep, blown capacitor." It probably took him longer to round trip it over to the parts store and back than it did for him to diagnose and make the repair. Added bonus: he's a great guy! Gave me an older fin comb after I mentioned I was considering straightening out all the damaged fins on the heat rejector. Even showed me the best way to work them back to straightness, and best practice for getting the top and sides off (and more importantly back on) so I don't screw it up. Thanks, Chris!"
