"My neighbor highly recommended Raad. I brought my townhouse a year ago and I knew eventually I would have to replace the HVAC system. When my neighbor told me he was getting a new unit I knew it was a sign that I had to get mines replace also. After contacting Raad he was able to order and replace my unit within a week. "DO NOT USE THIS GUY; THERE IS NOTHING HONEST ABOUT HIM OTHER THAN HIS NAME. I have trouble believing all of the positive reviews. I would have given him zero out of 5 stars if it was an option. This guy stood me up 4 times. I should have never given him that many chances, but he started the job and it needed to be finished. He first stood me up at my rental on a Friday and would not answer multiple phone calls and texts. I called from my wife’s phone and he answered right away. He gave me the excuse that his wife was in the emergency room. We decided to meet the following Monday. He stood me up again on Monday with no call. A week later we were able to make another appointment and meet at the property. He then told me that he missed the appointment because his wife had a baby. He showed up with an unneeded friend to hand him screwdrivers. They talked in Chaldean the entire time without discussing what was going on with me. He looked at the system and determined that a control boarded needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered. He said he would get back to me the next day when he ordered the board. He didn't get back to me so I asked him if he wanted me to order the part, so I ordered it. We made another appointment to replace the control board. Once again he stood me up. He has never called me to install the board or to apologize. I finally moved on Because of his solid reviews, I continued to give him chances to finish the job. Lesson learned, I should have moved on sooner. He wasted a huge amount of my time and also wasted my tenant's time since I had to make appointments with them each time."

I’m in GA and my rental property is in Lemon Grove and Raad came out to diagnose my 20 year old furnace. He suggested replacing, but also gave me pricing to fix it. Being out of state, I always get a second opinion and the other company gave me the same conclusion. Although I didn’t doubt the workmanship of the other company, going with Raad saved me 40% with the same warranty. He sent me before and after pictures as well so I could understand what was going on. He will be the one I call next time if I have any heating and cooling issues. Thanks Raad!"

"Hello freinds. I just wanted to drop you a line about Honest Tech hvac. They were the first air conditioning repair people and the last people I called when my ac went out last week. My repairman showed up promptly at the time we scheduled and he managed to take care of the repair fairly quickly only an hour or so. I was happy with just about everything that transpired between me and honest tech. I will be using them again in the future if anything should happen to break"

"I recently had honest tech hvac come out to my house in el cajon and install a new ac unit. My house was built in the 70's and the ac was not very energy efficient and it was very loud. I am not sure what model he picked out but it looks great and works great. Good job honest tech you can fix my ac anytime"
