"Very happy we reached out to Waterheaters Plus. We had to move our gas pipe in the attic in order to install solartubes. Waterheaters Plus responded to us almost right away while a few others never even got back. We sent Dale a photo of the attic and he was able to quote us with a reasonable price. They were able to visit in just 2 days, which was the fastest plumber appointment we were able to make, ever. Turns out our attic space was pretty tight, but Dale and Carlos both worked through it and still honored the initial quote. Not to mention the great work they did. We'll definitely reach back when we need plumbing work!"

"In today’s world of online shopping with very little customer service, I’m sure many of us can relate with trying to solve a problem in our homes but needing the advice of a Professional. I recently had to replace my hot water heater and pressure regulator in my home and went through the exercise of online research and calling several local plumbers to get quotes. After having a few terse conversations with local plumbers that I felt were only concerned with making a quick buck, I was pleased to find Dale Anderson with Waterheaters Plus. Dale responded to my request for quote with a phone call and was very polite and professional. I did not feel hurried and he answered all my questions as I tried to understand what was involved in the replacing of my hot water heater and regulator. After getting off the phone with Dale, I actually tested my regulator using a gauge I had and found that yes, my pressure was very high, and my regulator was not working. Dale spent almost a half an hour with me texting back and forth helping me to troubleshoot the regulator. And did I mention all of this was on Memorial Day? Due to Dale’s patience and helpfulness, I hired him to replace my heater and regulator. The next day Dale and his teammate Carlos were right on time with all of the right supplies to get the job done. Dale explained everything that they were going to do and both of them quickly got to work. In a matter of hours my hot water heater was replaced and the regulator as well. The Installation was neat and professional, and they cleaned up the work area. In short, all I can say is it is hard to find professionals that have this level of integrity and professionalism. I plan on using Dale and his service again to fix some of the shower valves that are bad due to the hard water that killed my hot water heater. If you are looking for an honest plumbing professional that does quality work, I would recommend Dale and Carlos of Waterheaters Plus very highly.
