"First of all the place was so clean and filled with welcoming information. The two people working in the office were friendly and helpful. I went in to Eric’s to get a Ca smog check on my car. I was able to get in immediately. I sat down watched a little TV on their big screen TV, read through some emails and boom they were done! If you have to get smog checked in the Fallbrook area this is the place to go! Quick, inexpensive and friendly!"

"My check engine light and ETC light came on and after taking it to a few places it kept turning back on within the next day or week. I was able to get an appointment in at Eric's and I'd like to mention customer service was amazing the entire experience. They send updates through texts as an option and are very detailed with their updates. It took a couple of weeks for this specific issue because of the electrical testing and test driving. Which I actually prefer because I knew they were being thorough with it and making sure it wouldn't continue to be a problem. I'd say it is definitely worth every penny to bring your business here. They are very honest and I'd like to mention as well that if you have any concerns afterwards they are willing to take a look at it again. Very impressed and appreciative of their services."
