"The work truck was blocking the alley, so I asked the guys to park on the street, but instead of moving the truck one of them rudely says "Sorry but we're trying to get the water on as fast as possible" . I told him that's fine, but you can't block the alley, there's plenty of street parking. When I spoke to the person that answered the phone at the company instead of apologizing and calling the guy to move the truck she kept trying to explain that they're nice, sweet guys and kept making excuses as to why they would be blocking the alley. I know what company I will never use for future plumbing issues!"
