We had been postponing having someone out to look at our heating unit because we were certain the inevitable would happen, we would need to get a new unit which is not a small investment. It was finally time and we were ready so we reached out to 1st Choice and they were able to schedule someone to come the next day. Their technician arrived and spent the time to actually troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with our 20 year old unit. Corey came out for the estimate and he gave us all the options, you can tell he is a very knowledgeable about what he sells. They had one of the most reasonable quotes we received. Once we decided to use them the communication was fantastic. They made sure to keep me informed and reminded about the install date. Alex and his team showed up right on time. "A little background ……. In 2019 we had 1st Choice replace our furnace and were extremely pleased with their service. Fast forward….. This company completed another AMAZING JOB!! From the owner, James, on down to the techs (John, Eric, Mason, & Jesus) everyone was professional, organized, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and clean. We had our A/C, ducts, coils, and everything in between replaced. The guys worked non stop and cleaned up every step of the way. The new A/C unit is super quiet, she is an absolute beauty.
