"Staff here is not friendly or accommodating. I observed staff asking other shoppers if they needed help but not me. Once I did ask for help, I was told a couple of items weren't found. I walked the whole store and found them myself. Next weekend, I went to Chino Hills instead and had a completely different experience."

"It was a very busy day at Hobby Lobby due to the holiday season. Staff was mostly friendly. They had in stock what I needed though it was higher cost than other places (who were out of stock). I would go there again as they do have a wide range of decor, art supplies and other creative items."

"Shopping experience was delightful. So many beautiful items. Lost 2 stars due to long check out. We almost left after waiting 30 minutes in line. Finally we reached the checkout counter at the 45 min mark. We'd even switched lines at about the 1/2 way mark. There were people completing 4 different transactions out of their cart. Maybe a line for less than 10 items would help? We waited with 1 wooden sign & two spools of Christmas ribbon."
