"We went last night for the Bowl in One class with Aiden. It was super fun. My husband and I went to try something totally new. The studio is clean and full of inspiration. We met other fun people in class too. As a teacher for over 25 years, I can say that Aiden was an exceptional teacher and really made the experience. He was easy to follow and kind with all the newbies as we tried to figure it all out. I would definitely return with friends for another class. We're excited to head back in 3 weeks to pick up our final glazed and fired bowls. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We've only been once for a 1 hr intro course, the instructor was Amber. She explained everything thoroughly, was helpful and encouraging. I would def go back. The front is a little shop of random things you can purchase, the middle is the class area, and the back is where people come in to create things. I wish we did or they had (maybe they do) a 2 hour class, 1 hour flew by. Parking tip, there is a big parking lot behind the LA GUN Club That's just across the street and only $5/hr, $10 for 2 or $15 whole day. Blue bottle coffee right next door is also really good."

"I just completed my month-long intro to ceramics class and loved it! The pottery classes are great for beginners (like me) and more intermediate/ advanced students as well. Ana and Mel made something that seemed intimidating really fun and easy to learn (though it is challenging to master)! They also have a bunch of really impressive pieces for sale at very reasonable prices. For being a new studio they already have built a large, welcoming community- their opening party had tons of people from all over Los Angeles. Plus, The Row in Downtown LA is a really cool space and is only going to get more and more popular as more stores/ restaurants continue to open- its easy to make a day out of it and go shopping before/ after class! I highly recommend Still Life and hope to take another class there soon!"
