"Absolute worst customer service I never had the worst experience in the store. The rudest staff. Today I went shopping in Hobby Lobby with my 3 months old son!! When I waited in the line (in front me were 3 more people). My line went really slow exactly it was stuck. I waited minimum 15 minutes there. After 15 minutes they finally opened another checkout. This cashier called lady in front me. She was done with paying. My baby woke up and I was still in line so I went to the cashier and I asked him very nicely. “I’m sorry, my baby (3months) woke up, please can you take me? Btw I had only 4 things. And he said to me very rude No, I should go back to the line! I was so mad, I put everything on the floor and I left. And he said to me Have wonderful day! Home I ordered pretty same stuff from different store. And I’m done with Hobby Lobby on South Coast!"

"This is the best arts and crafts store in the area, as they always have items in stock. I needed enamel paint for a project and they offered a variety of colors and a good selection of paint brushes. The cashier named Estephanie was patient and diligent. I would recommend visiting this location."

"OMG I love this store! I never thought it was like this. I pictured like a hobby store with like guys building car models and stuff like that. But I was searching for some wall art and Hobby Lobby had it on sale! We went there and to my husband's and my surprise, it is a store we both love. They have so many interesting ideas for decorating. We started a new collection of drawer pulls. We have been there 3 times this week. The store is squeaky clean and VERY organized. The employees are kind and helpful. We are glad we found this store close to where we live. Make sure you check the ad , 50 percent off what we bought was a surprise!"
