"The quality and design of their rings are top notch. I did a lot of research online before going and I found their price is quite competitive. Customer service is great and I didn’t feel pressured when I was shopping there. However their female sales associates tend to try on their customer’s ring on their finger right in front of the customers. When I brought my purchased ring back and picked up from resizing, every single female sales involved in my transaction put it on their fingers. I don’t know what their deals are. They literally sell these rings at their stores and can try on whatever style they please at their own time. Taking one star off for the lack of professionalism."
