"We have had the displeasure of working with this company since November 2023. Unfortunately, as they installed our heater, our warranty would be voided if we went with another company. After a technician came out the first time it took months for a “repair” to be done. We were told that this was due to delays on the manufacturer's side/supply chain issues. While this is understandable, we had to call multiple times to get a status update. On January 12, 2024, I called the office as well as the technician to inform him that our unit was still not functioning. Almost two months later, with zero update or any attempt of communication from them I reached out to hear that there was a delay with the part. Five months to get a heater repaired is ridiculous. Integrity you can count on? The only thing you can count on with this company is no communication, “delayed parts,” and the transformation of your home into a miserable environment."

Explained what had to be done, showed us the part that was replaced took out the motor that was still working and gave it to us to be used in the future in the event of a motor failure down the road.
