HOWEVER, I have tried for 3+ weeks to get the company to issue a simple invoice, or any other document that would show the purchase and installation of both the spring and a new motor (total $3400 for parts and install) such that the 12 year and 8 year warranties that the tech verbally told me about could be substantiated.
