"My hot water tank was not putting out any hot water and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I was very lucky to find North Bay Hot Water Solutions by their already great reviews. I talk to Jeremiah Botts (Owner) and was told he would stop by and see what was wrong before his first appointment. Jeremiah gave me an estimated cost,which was very reasonable and he came back later that day and got everything working. Found out he also did plumbing and is coming back next week to fix some leaky pipes. I highly recommend Jeremiah Botts and would definitely use his services again. "We needed to change our hot water heater, so I called around and got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies. In the end, we went with North Bay Water Heater Solutions and I am very happy we did. Besides their price being the most competitive, the entire process was very smooth and easy. The other companies needed to come out to our house to give a quote. These guys let me send them some pictures of the location of the water heater and info and they were able to give a quote without coming out. Once we decided to move forward, there were out within 2 days to install. The tech Jeremiah arrived on time and did a great job. He didn't rush anything and the price quoted was the price paid.
