"Honest with great communication! My engine had flames coming out of it. I watched the dipstick melt as the fire was extinguished. I had my car towed to the shop and figured it was totaled, or would need electrical work, at best. Napa Autowerke inspected it and determined that my plastic battery cover had fallen off and melted on my manifold, which caused the fire. They charged me $100 for the inspection and cleaning and I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend this shop and have been sending friends there ever since. They have also been very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. Thank you!"
