"Over 5 years I get my taxes done by H&R Block. I only care about my peace of mind and not about how much Im being charged for the tax preparation service. I dont have to worry I trust my tax professional. If you are not really good at doing your taxes and wonder why you always end up owing the IRS. Then head to the block and give them a shot I promise you they got your best interest on lock. Drop off your info and go the tax professional will call you to come in the office to go over your tax documents and sign. Or you can stay and watch as your taxes are being prepared, totally up to you. I give The Block 5 starz & My tax professional 5 starz. All together 10 starz. "Went to H & R on Travis Blvd. and had the worst experience. Guess I got a woman who came out of retirement because she really didn't even know the system. Needless to say after 45 minutes getting in and out of the system, I got no where at all so I walked out the bad part was I only had 1 W-2 form. If you go make sure you don't get Vicki."

"I made an appointment for Saturday February 16th at 11am. I arrived 5 minutes early only to sit in the lobby for 35 minutes. I then opted to just drop my forms off since my tax preparer was busy. I filled out a lengthy form and also provided a copy of my driver's license for all my contact info. After a week and a half I called for an update and wad told my preparer was out on jury duty and Gloria Lawson (Manager) apologized. Three days later I got a call from Ester telling me she is working on my return and need some additional information which I provided. Two days had past before she called me back to let me know my returns are ready. I went by and paid the filing fees and was given copies of my returns and told approximately how long it would take to receive my checks in the mail. I followed up with the payment status and was told they were mailed... to my old address. I called Gloria back and told her that my returns were mailed to my old address. She then told me how and what needed to be done to get them reissued. She apologized and said mistakes do happen. It was a big mistake coming her and I will not be returning in the future. Oh she did tell me that she would give me a discount next year when I return... That's not going to happen!!!"
