If you have had a sub par experience here, you probably spoke with the store manager. He is NOT the main owner and you should contact other members in the store if you are serious about your inquiry and the main boss, or Offer up consultant. I had a problem with the manager and ended up walking from a sale, The main boss went ahead and reached out to me to make the moment right and I was very thankful!"
