"Natalie has just joined the Grooming Studio. She has been my Perla’s groomer for about two years now and we would follow her anywhere. Perla looks so beautiful with her new haircut. She is a maltipoo with very fine hair which mats easily. Natalie treats Perla as if it were her own dog with much love and attention. "This is unbelievable. We took Bella in , an aged full grown Pomeranian, with, admittingly. Over due for a cut. Fur, , I asked to give her full treatment. Nails. Etc. We talked about cut. And I said use your discrection, and short would be ok.. We got back a fully shaved pet with shave burns on her body. This is crimanal and unbelievable. Even her tail is shaved. ,minus 50 stars . We need and deserve an explanation I wish I could post pics. You would not believe this"
