Professional Pool Service

"Great impression from the instruction from one of the owners when we moved into our home (first-time pool for us). That's worth a star. And the first water chemical tech we had was great. That's worth another star. But it all goes downhill from there. Poor office communication. Confusing invoice system, with invoices sent for work that "needs doing", even though I just did it myself. They say they'll be there on a day for something and they aren't. Then they show up when unexpected. They did a great install on my fence, but it's not where I would have put it had I been there (they came unexpectedly). And they also installed the wrong color, with no attempt to fix/compensate when I pointed it out! The last chemical tech would come and do absolutely nothing, so after a year, was happy to switch to another company ADDENDUM: First, it kind of blew me away that it took 2 YEARS for you to reply to my review. Says a lot for your communication style. It seems no one there knows what anyone else is doing. Glad you FINALLY admit to receiving the email that we wanted the brown fence. It is definitely black. Would have been nice to get this kind of attention back when I was your customer. Best of luck with your business."
