"Have visited Welk for years. Something is very, very wrong. Clearly, the difficulty hiring adequate staff has impacted the smooth operation of the resort. Whatever other factors are present, this experience will damage the reputation for a long time. We won't be back."

"This pool was ok. What I like about this one is it's right next to the playground. Food was pretty good for pool side food, of course at pool side prices. (Try going to the Pizza Hut at the Market place if you are looking for more bang for your buck)"

"Fantastic getaway in lovely inland North San Diego. There is lots to do for the kids and adults alike, lounging at the pool, getting snacks and there are activities for all. The pools end slide are always immaculate and well-kept. The side closes early though, so be aware. Love Lawrence Welk Resort, a great place for all ages!"

"Very nice. Good pool at this location (actually two pools). This location has the best slide at this Welk Resort. There is a nice clubhouse here as well. You can also buy food and drinks at this location (although it's a bit expensive). You can rent a gazebo as well if you're willing to pay for it. They also have wifi available."
