"Had a mold issue in a closet so contacted Ramm for some insight. Rob E. Came out and helped diagnose and offer insight into what could be causing the issue. He came up with a couple quick fix options we could try on our own, then checked moisture levels to establish a baseline and scheduled a follow up visit for after a rain storm. He just left after confirming the moisture level was indeed dropping. No hard sell or scare tactics because of the mold, educated us on what his company would do if things go the opposite way and left with a handshake and a smile. Honest companies are hard to come by. When you find one, you absolutely should hold on. They’ll be my first call if we have any other issues that need their expertise."

"These guys are top-notch lifesavers! I woke up at 1 a.m. with a weird feeling that something was wrong. I walked out into the kitchen and noticed steam. I realized it was coming from the garage, and as soon as I opened the door, I saw that my water heater was spraying hot water everywhere.
