"I was prepared to purchase another Rheem Water Heater due to a leaking model@ our home. I had spoken to the Rheem’s Customer Service Dept and had been approved for a reimbursement/guaranteed new WH. However, when Bobby arrived he diagnosed a VERY simple solution. Replaced the plastic hose bib used to drain the WH with a new brass bib with plenty of plumber’s dope. Problem solved Second outstanding experience with Bobby!! Sun Plumbing is incredible! Thx you Bobby!"
