Thanks to the 1 on 1 program I'm stronger, more fit, my muscle tone has strengthened as well, one hour of H.I.T. is far more beneficial than spending hours at a Fitness Club with no result. HIT or high-intensity training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. I highly recommend the H.I.T. Program with Albert, and Kim Lee at 1 on 1 Training Center!"
