Brandy not only is detail oriented with the routine needs of pool service but is especially knowledgeable in solving problems that have come up for us that are a bit more challenging. He repaired faulty jets in our jacuzzi which are now working better than they ever have! Our pool cover came off its track and we were not able to open or close it. He responded immediately and repaired it. The cleaning and service of the filter keeps our system functioning smoothly and our pool sparkling clean. We were contemplating changing from chlorine to salt water and Brandyn was able to explain all the pros and cons in a way that we could understand. "Vision pool service saved our pool!! Our pump broke and the pool hadn’t been maintained properly and the water turned completely green. We couldn’t even see to the bottom of the first step. It took several weeks, but Brandyn was committed to restoring our pool and getting the chemical levels back to normal.
