"They do construction/maintenance throughout the night on weekdays. It’s 2:30am I’m tired of this it keeps the whole neighborhood up. If they are going to keep me up so they can work…I also want an hourly wage. Pretty sure this is against the city ordinance. Cute idea horrible consideration of the actual people living in the area. If there are alternatives I would suggest seeking it out. I hope this place closes Update: I went over there to talk to the 5points security didn’t see any. But yeah apparently they schedule their pool cleaners to come after closing. And it’s a hose that is that loud it echoes through the whole neighborhood."

"I have a 9 year old daughter who just wanted to work on technique and get her stamina back up before joining a swim club! It was great for the few months she was here and we couldn’t be happier with the experience we had! I also have a 7 year old son who is progressing through the levels and getting stronger in the strokes he knows as well as learning new strokes! Thank you Big Blue for helping my kids be the best swimmers they can!"

"Sure it's a nice facility they built. However, we are not happy with the instructors or the progress our son made with swimming in over a 2 months. And we have explained to them a few times we were not happy with the instructors or our sons progress. Nothing has changed, and they constantly have a staffing change. We have decided to do the swim classes at the Huntington Beach city gym. The city gym is much cheaper, and our son is learning the same things as he was at this school. We wanted to cancel, but they said that we have to cancel in a month in advance so now our son is not going to show up anymore because he says he doesn't like going there but they're still gonna make us pay. He loves going to the city gym and learning to swim there so it's not just about him not wanting to swim it is because he is not happy at this place and neither are we. A lot of the instructors seem to be very young and not experienced enough for the cost they are charging for these instructors to teach swimming. I would've given this more stars if they would've just understood or concerns and waved the month notice cancellation"
