"I called Hush Air to change and upgrade my HVAC system and the response was very fast. Kash came to house the following day and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me the different options and assured me that there would be no hidden FEES and when the job gets completed I would be more than satisfied. The next day we proceeded to the installation. Juan and Oscar, the technicians, did an AMAZING JOB! They were super detailed and organized and very professionals as well. "I called HUSH, got an immediate response, and was given an appointment within a few days. They sent a text to both me and my husband to keep us updated on the service calls. We received a picture of Brian, the technician, each time. By no fault of Hush Air, it took three visits to fix our two broken heaters. Brian arrived at the earliest of our time slots, which was very convenient. He was friendly and professional, he didn't waste time and got to work immediately. Brian got the job done and we now have heat! We don't expect an incredible deal, just a fair price and honest work. We feel we got that with Hush Air. I wish all companies worked this way. "Very professional, fair pricing, and honest service. Our HVAC system suddenly stopped working, of course during the coldest week of the year. We tried another local well-known company who was slow to come out and we felt they were taking advantage of us with pricing. We decided to get a second opinion from Hush Air based on other reviews. I'm so glad we did. Hush Air came out same day and repaired the problem for less than half the price the other company quoted! The Hush Air technician was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to explain in detail what was going on to my husband who is also a technician (unfortunately not for HVAC though).
