"Mike my service manager was amazing. My Mercedes failed smog and I took it to 3 other shops that didn't understand what the Smog Referee wanted. I even gave the other shops the email the Smog referee they sent me and they told me they don't need it. All the repair shops told me I needed a new Catalytic Converter, which is not even in stock or produced anymore. When I called AUTOTECH, spoke to MIKE and he immediately understood exactly what I needed. He asked for the email the Smog Referee sent me that outline what was needed for me to get my registration done. After calling them to find out that status of my vehicle, I was told it needed a new battery and they couldn’t do a diagnostic because the battery kept dying. They charged $90 to tell me I needed a new battery."
