I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. "We've used them twice now. Very professional, on time and priced fairly, the price for unclogging the sink that they quoted on the phone was the same as once they came to the house. I found in the past we had a different company that quoted us a low price and when they showed up it was higher. I hate that bait and switch tactic. But I can say that OC plumbing was great and didn't pull anything like that. I would highly recommend them. No issues. tech was nice, professional and called about 30 min in advance to let me know they were coming. They repaired a part on our HVAC and also unclogged a drain.
