"We purchased auto cameras for one of our cars, a few months ago. The Geek squad installed them. The camera on the rear window fell off shortly thereafter. I tried to get an appointment for a couple of weeks, with no luck because, I was told, that because of the Corona Virus, you folks were not doing any installation or repair work. The installation was performed at your Tustin, CA store. Today I called to see if you were back to work. Not only could I NOT get an answer from any of your departments, The Geek Squad answering device recofding device said that the memory was full and could not take any calls. I did get an answer from the Costa Mesa store and they can't do the 3 minute repair until mid September. Seems like one hell of a way to do business."
"Best Buy is lucky Joshua who works here he’s on the shorter side. He kept me from giving this place a 1 star on every website and every review place I could find because I got disappointed that Best Buy DOES NOT give the best prices they just match their competitors which basically only like 3 other stores. And they advertise they match “ANY” price which it’s not any that couldn’t be further from the truth. But Joshua helped me understand that tanking the reviews of Best Buy wouldn’t solve or do anything and he couldn’t be right it would just me be having a lack of forgiveness, grace and understanding. I get the business does keep a lot of people with having jobs and that’s awesome. But Joshua deserves a raise because he just saved the business some serious face. And I do hope Best Buy isn’t misleading making me drive 45 minutes to just be told by the manager “yea we basically just lie about that to get you to come down here and than since your already here you pay extra and we also tell you that the other websites with 100% satisfaction and return policy will give you the exact same item but will have problems and we use fear to tell you that your making a mistake choosing anyone besides us because they won’t help you like us” it’s just a bunch of Baloney but here’s the 5 stars thanks to Joshua. He deserves a raise. And this experience will make me never ever come to Best Buy again except to give Joshua a fist bump or high five. I think Joshua is the definition of having the skill set to satisfy the customer. And other companies should be “matching any wage and going lower” for a employee like Joshua."
